Reports to:  Executive Vice President – Global Business Development

Unlike most international recruiting companies where sales are conducted from abroad and the Indian operation is run as a captive center restricted to service delivery, the team at iPlace’s global recruiting center is responsible for the company’s strategy development, sales and client management, and operations. The success of our business requires the business development team in India to create partnerships with large companies and staffing firms across the globe. iPlace is structured into three pillars that support eight business units:

  2. Service Delivery Pillar – Sourcing and recruiting operations

As a Sales Support Manager, you will have a critical role working with the Business Development team to sell iPlace’s sourcing and recruiting services.

Our sales process is highly collaborative and strategic; we craft win-win talent acquisition solutions and work as trusted business advisors to our clients. The Sales Support Manager is one of the first points of contact for all prospective clients of iPlace. 
  • In this role, you will be responsible for both pre and post sales communication with iPlace’s clients. 
  • As a part of pre-sales preparation, the role will include preparation of critical presentations, data, and collaterals for iPlace’s senior leadership team which will hold key analytical value for closing the sale. 
  • From a client’s perspective, you will be integral in using a consultative sales approach which will help prospective clients make an informed buying decision. 
  • Your role will also include post sales communication with the client until the client servicing team takes over. 
  • You will also play a key role in getting agreements and contracts worked out before iPlace starts work with the client.
The Sales Support Manager must:
  1. Demonstrate and believe in the Butler Street four cornerstones of success.
  2. Have experience in the sales domain working with teams that consistently exceed sales targets.
  3. Demonstrate maturity and confidence as a brand ambassador and sales driver.
  4. Possess excellent communication skills.
Relocation and Work Hours:
  • This is an office-based role. You will need to relocate to the job location, if residing outside Pune city.
  • Standard work hours will be 7:30 PM IST to 4.30 AM IST.
  • Work hours may occasionally change while working on specific projects that require collaboration with iPlace employees across dayshift and nightshift.
