Position Reports to: Head – Service Delivery

Job Location: Remote, India

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-quality candidates in UK/EU who are precise fits for job orders sent by our clients based in UK/EU
• Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate salaries or rates, and schedule interviews
• Work with candidates throughout the recruiting process from candidate submission, scheduling interviews, compensation negotiation, offers, and onboarding
• Interact with Australian clients to develop recruiting strategies and build long-term relationships
• Build a pipeline of candidates who can be considered for future job orders and generate referrals
• Maintain daily and weekly client reports
• Work closely with and assist senior team members

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 1 to 10 years  of experience recruiting for clients located in the UK and EU regions
• Experience using VMS portals
• Sales lead generation and market research experience preferred
• Strong technical skills (ATS, MS Office, Internet research, social media, etc.)
• Strong spoken communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise and error-free reports
• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethic
• Willingness to work an afternoon shift (IST) to coordinate with clients and candidates in the UK/EU regions
