Position Reports to: Executive Vice President – Service Delivery

The Head - Service Delivery will be a member of iPlace’s management team and will be responsible for service delivery for a business unit of iPlace. S/he must: 
  1. Demonstrate and believe in the Butler Street four cornerstones of success www.butlerstreet.com/post/2017/01/22/excuses-excuses-excuses
  2. Have a record of measurable success managing, coaching, developing, and inspiring large recruiting teams to be professionals (as opposed to task doers)
  3. Create and implement strategies, processes, and technologies to ensure service delivery goals are achieved and individual team members attain performance metrics
  4. Collaborate with clients, possess strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, and lead from the front
Work Hours
  • Required to work an early morning shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST to coordinate with clients in the Australian region
  • Work hours may occasionally change while working on specific projects that require collaboration with iPlace employees across other shifts
