Position Reports to: Head – Marketing and Communications
Position Description
This role will be an integral part of the Marketing and Communications team and act as a POC for all marketing requirements in the company. S/he will be accountable for maintaining the company’s brand image and messaging. The candidate will be responsible for supporting iPlace’s marketing, internal and external communications, and recruitment efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coordination for multiple stakeholders
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to align marketing goals with business, leadership, and culture
- Manage internal communications through email, Yammer, and Intranet
- Drive communications programs in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, with a key focus on employee and talent engagement
- Create expert-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership and companywide communication programs
- Conduct research for staffing events and conferences, competitor analysis, and outreach programs
- Responsible for brand reputation monitoring and management on various social media channels and platforms
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience working in a marketing and communications department in a B2B environment
- Experience collaborating with the management team and cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects and programs in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Hands-on with Zoho CRM Plus, HubSpot, WordPress (CMS), MS SharePoint, and Yammer
- Computer proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite, Windows OS, PC accessories, email, Internet/web search or equivalent products
- Familiar with remote communication tools like MS Teams and Zoom
- Proficient in US English – spoken and written
- Exceptional attention-to-detail capability
- Highly creative, innovative, enthusiastic, and a go-getter
- Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethic
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or Communications is good to have
- Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
Shift Timing
- Must be willing to work an afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
