Position Reports to:  Manager – Service Delivery
Job Location: Remote, Philippines

Job Responsibilities
 
  • Identify and qualify high-quality candidates in the US who are precise fits for job orders sent by our US-based clients
  • Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability
  • Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate salaries or rates, and schedule interviews
  • Work with candidates throughout the recruiting process from candidate submission, scheduling interviews, compensation negotiation, offers, and onboarding
  • Interact with US-based clients to develop recruiting strategies and build long-term relationships
  • Build a pipeline of candidates who can be considered for future job orders and generate referrals
  • Maintain daily and weekly client reports
  • Work closely with and assist senior team members

Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in healthcare recruiting in the US market 
  • Must have experience hiring travel nurses in NICU, ICU, PICU, ER, hospital bedside care
  • Experienced with US contracting methods and tax terms (W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp) 
  • Experience working on VMS portals preferred
  • Sales lead generation and market research experience preferred
  • Strong technical skills (ATS, MS Office, Internet research, social media, etc.)
  • Strong spoken communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare concise and error–free reports for US business executives

Work Hours
  • Recruiters work a hard nightshift from either 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT (US East Coast shift) or 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT (US West Coast shift), depending on business requirements. 
  • This is NOT a rotational shift; work timings are fixed based on the time zone where the client works.
