Position Overview
This position prioritizes achieving goals rather than to be a Task-Doer.
This role involves daily collaboration with the Delivery Manager and Account Manager, along with active participation in daily client communication.
In this role, we need to be flexible to understand the changing needs of the client and adapt your way of working to be successful even with new client demands.
The job requires high performance, with a focus on reaching goals every week and month.
This role is responsible for keeping up the high quality of submissions and making sure to deliver the best candidates to clients as promised.
This job emphasizes finding top-notch candidates by assessing their alignment with the company in terms of skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
The role needs to embrace continuous learning and implement advanced recruiting and passive sourcing techniques to stay ahead in recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Proven success working with US IT and Non-IT requirements.
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Experience with ATS platforms like Bullhorn, Salesforce, Job Diva, CATS (additional experience a plus).
Familiarity with social media tools such as GitHub, Stack overflow, Facebook, Twitter (bonus points).
Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires.
Knowledge of US contracting methods and tax terms (W2, 1099 and Corp-to-Corp).
Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience using VMS portals preferred.
Attention to details and a consistent commitment to meeting deadlines.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
